This website does not retain any customer information, or personal data. Mitas complies with the Data proteciton Acts of 1988 & 2002, and the GDRP regulationos of 2018.


The website contains a contact form, and the user agrees to send this email to Mitas, for contact purposes. This email address is used for the sole purpose of commuicating with the sender, and will not be forwarded to any third party, unless agreed with the owner or compelled under law. It will not be used for any promotion or unsolilcited emails, unless expressly agreed by the user. Records of this agreement will be retained.


Cookies are used by the website to facilitate a better user experience while navigating or browsing the pages. Cookies are 'keys' generated once you connect to the website, and they help keep track of the pages you navigate to. Cookies contain no personal information, and expire once you restart your browser. Old cookies may be stored on your computer, and may be deleted using a setting in the browser.


All customer personal data is stored on encrypted servers, locally or by third parties. The nature of the internet is such that we cannot guarantee or warrant the secureity of information transmitted to us over the internet, since it's security cannot be absolutely guaranteed. However, we take all reasonable and appropriate meausures both organisational and technical to protect client’s data.


There will be no unnecessary storage of personal data by Mitas or its agents. As a processor Mitas (or its agents) may be required to manage personal data for legitimate purpose on behalf of the customer (Controller). Backup and updating policy will be agreed explicitly with the customer
